"We have absolutely loved living in our home, and we are so reluctant to leave. The style, fittings and overall finish is what really drew us to the property - it felt modern and clean, while having more character than other new builds we had previously seen! We loved the unique, open plan layout of the flat. As you enter the property, there's an immediate feeling of space, with a wide hallway with plenty of natural light. The finish is very stylish and has real character - the exposed brick in the terrace is visible from the main bedroom, and there are floor to window ceilings throughout the property that offer plenty of natural light. Even the radiators are stylish and add to the overall aesthetic. The bathrooms are spacious and the copper finish gives the property a unique, modern feel. Our building block is very friendly - a smaller number of apartments means there's a real community feel, where people have previously shared dog walks and got together for socials in the nearby Crate. The property is situated in between Blackhorse Road on the Victoria line, and St James St on the overground - meaning transport links are accessible and travel into central London is around 15 - 20 minutes. St James St is a hub of new cafes - with the local Crate less than a five minute walk, plus plenty of green space on our doorstep, including St James Park, Walthamstow Wetlands and Walthamstow Marshes. Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too. 

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
